IJM (India) is a subsidiary company of IJM Corporation Berhad, one of the world's largest companies in the field of infrastructure and construction.
IJMII has a strong track record of completing major projects, such as the Mumbai-Pune Expressway (2000) and the Dewas Bypass Road (2020). They have also built world-class integrated townships, such as Raintree Park (Malaysia) and Raintree Park Dwaraka Krishna Township (Guntur). Currently, they are working on the First City Residential Township in Nagpur. IJM's real estate division offers 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK residential developments across India, including Hyderabad, Nagpur and Vijayawada.
